Client Spotlight – Walking Better
Karin jumped into Pilates while she was visiting the Big Island from Germany. Her exercise program was built up incrementally with her hyper-mobility issues in mind. Good alignment, strength-mobility balance, and creating good habits for pain free, functional movement patterns were our top priorities. After 3 months, we were very excited to observe improvements in her gait pattern and overall physiques – all that without breaking a sweat 🙂 Besides twice a week in-person sessions, Karin engaged in 10-15 minutes daily home exercises…consistency is a key 🔑
