After only a few months, I saw a dramatic improvement.
Due to poor posture and a weak core, I injured my lower back and hips while training for a half-marathon. Junko did a detailed assessment of my injuries and researched potential causes. After only a few months, I saw a dramatic improvement in my posture and an even more dramatic decrease in my back and hip pain.
It is now seven years later, and I remain a huge fan.
I no longer have any pain in my back or hip, and as a result of her careful attention, correction of my form and impressive knowledge of how the body works, I have become a much stronger athlete overall and am doing things in yoga and rock climbing that I never would have dreamed of.

Junko makes Pilates fun and interesting, and her patience and attention to detail continues to impress me. She is also a wonderful person, who puts her heart and soul into her work. You can really tell how much she cares about her students. I can’t rave about her enough!
